Update: Virtual Learning for all 10/14 & 10/15

Dear Parents and Guardians, 

 

As a follow up to the superintendent’s letter, please note the important updates below:

 

    • PSAT Day: Originally scheduled for tomorrow, October 14th, will be rescheduled for later this month. We will provide more information to you as details are finalized.
    • Wednesday, 10/14 will be a remote learning day for ALL students.  Previously, 9th and 12th graders were to have no school.  ALL students will learn remotely following the regular bell schedule.  It will be an EVEN day.  You may refer to this link for the regular bell schedule.

 

  • Thursday, 10/15 will be a remote learning day for ALL students.  All students will learn remotely following the regular bell schedule.  It will be an ODD day. You may refer to this link for the regular bell schedule.

 

    • Thursday’s Rose Ceremony for Cohort B will be rescheduled for Thursday, October 22nd. The Rose Ceremony for Cohort A will take place on Tuesday, October 20th.  The original schedule and cohort assignments will remain the same. 

 

  • BOCES students: No transportation will be provided and students are advised to stay at home. The BOCES staff will be advised of our remote learning status for Wednesday and Thursday.

 

 

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue to adjust our blended learning schedule and calendar of events when necessary. Please know that your children’s safety is at the forefront of our decision-making process.
